Zephaniah

"Zephaniah" is a name of Hebrew origin meaning "Yahweh has hidden/protected". It is most commonly known from the Bible, where Zephaniah was a prophet who authored the Book of Zephaniah in the Old Testament. This book contains prophecies about the judgement and destruction of Jerusalem and the nations, and the eventual restoration of Israel.
