Minister

A minister is a member of the government who is in charge of a particular area of public policy, services, or activity. They are usually part of the executive branch and are often appointed by a senior official, such as the president or prime minister. In a religious context, a minister is a member of the clergy who leads a congregation or participates in the ritual of a church, synagogue, or other religious institution.
